Francesca founded the coalition in 2008 after realizing the need for fit parents' rights to be protected & children to be kept safe. After years of a rotating door to family court, Francesca realized that Judges and child attorneys were NOT for the best interest of children and did not follow the laws to protect the rights of families. For nearly 17 years, Francesca has worked with National organizations, domestic violence experts, law enforcement, legislatures and advocacy groups across the Nation. She is a multifaceted National Expert credentialed as a Human Rights expert and a Forensic American's with Disability Act expert. She also spear headed the first "rally for reform in Ulster County" & the "WE THE PARENTS EVENT" in Washington D.C. Currently, she hosts her own talk show Punished 4 Protecting and is a best-selling published author "Punished 4 Protecting The Injustice system of Family Court" Francesca is a National public speaker and has received countless awards and legislative recognition for her hard work. She believes it is  our "GOD given right to parent & protect our own children, without government interference"-FAB.
